This book has not been written by an IT-expert, but by an average person who, to start with, got some tips from friends and then went on to researching matters himself, in order to try out what works in real life.
It is therefore a very basic, simple and short book, that gets straight to the point, showing how it is possible for someone who does not know much about IT to still get both a homepage and blog completely free of charge plus the necessary traffic – for free as well.
